Payment and Delivery

  • Orders are accepted and processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Sunday is a day off.
  • Orders placed on a day off are processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery is carried out to the "Nova Poshta" branch. Under martial law conditions, delivery from the seller's warehouse may take more than 3 days.

Delivery Costs:

    • Online payment on the Eat2Slim website using your bank card through the PORTMONE service by selecting the "Online payment by bank card (Portmone)" option when placing the order.
    • "Cash on Delivery": Pay for the order upon receipt at the "Nova Poshta" branch. Payment at the branch can be made with a bank card or cash.
    • "Parcel in Credit" from NOVAPAY* (novapay.ua/credit), available when paying for the order at the "Nova Poshta" branch if the order amount exceeds 1000 UAH.
