According to the current legislation of Ukraine, in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange and return.

Exchange and return of food products of improper quality
You can return goods (food products) of only improper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after purchase. The date of purchase is considered to be:
the date of receipt of funds to the seller's account when paying by card through the PORTMONE.com service or
the date of payment by the buyer of the order upon receipt at the NOVA POSHTA branch
Such a return is possible after providing EAT2SLIM operators with a photo to confirm the improper quality (violation of quantitative packaging, expired shelf life, damage to the packaging during delivery, changes in the color of the product associated with violation of transportation conditions, etc.).
Exchange of goods of improper quality is carried out if a similar product is available. In the absence of a similar product for replacement, the buyer has the right to exchange the product for a similar one when the corresponding one first enters the sale or to receive a refund.
In the case of exchange of a product of inadequate quality, the delivery of the replacement is carried out at the expense of the EAT2SLIM.com.ua store

How quickly will EAT2SLIM refund money for a product of inadequate quality?
The funds paid for the returned product of inadequate quality will be returned to the buyer within 5 (five) business days from the moment the buyer receives confirmation of such a return. The refund is made in a non-cash form.
