But look online to see how much psyllium costs. And imagine this: how much psyllium does it take to harvest, then remove the seeds from it (tiny, a little bigger than the crown!), and then “strip” the shell – the actual husk – from these seeds. How can something like this be cheap?

It's a different story with glucomannan, an extract of konjac, which is not a very common plant at all and its area of ​​origin is far southeast Asia.

And electricity for baking in the oven adds costs.

So, we put a minimal markup on our product, and it came out at the price it is at.

But there is good news. Divide the price of the package by the number of packages in it. One package is enough to completely replace a meal. Now imagine that you went to a cafe. And you ordered not even a full meal, but coffee and cake. The amount will be the same, if not more expensive. Right?
